Griffis Residential Sells Griffis Lafayette Station
Griffis Residential is pleased to announce that Griffis Residential Income Trust (“GRIT”)—an evergreen, perpetual-life fund—has sold Griffis Lafayette Station, a 208-unit multifamily community in Denver, Colorado. The property was acquired by GRIT in December 2021 and sold in May 2025. During GRIT’s 3.4-year hold period, an enhanced resident experience and a variety of asset management initiatives contributed to a 17% increase in net operating income and drove a 31% increase in in-place rents.
