Griffis Residential Acquires 330 Apartment Homes in South Austin

Griffis Residential is pleased to announce that Griffis Premium Apartment Fund IV has acquired The Cottages Apartments, a 330-unit Class-A multifamily community located in the South Austin metro area. The Cottages, which has been renamed Griffis Southpark, marks the third purchase for Griffis Premium Apartment Fund IV.

Built in 2008 on a 26.4-acre site, Griffis Southpark offers one- to three-bedroom apartment homes averaging 907 square feet in a strong multifamily submarket. The community is strategically located along the IH-35 corridor approximately 10 minutes south of downtown Austin and the State Capitol.
