Griffis Residential Acquires 304 Apartment Homes in Centennial, CO
Griffis Residential is pleased to announce that Griffis Premium Apartment Fund VI (Fund VI) has acquired 360 Degrees Apartments (rebranded Griffis at Fiddler's Green). The off-market transaction, which was completed in under 30 days, is the first acquisition for Fund VI.
