Griffis Sells Griffis Highline Cherry Creek

Griffis Residential is pleased to announce that Griffis Value Added Fund (Fund I) has sold Griffis Highline Cherry Creek, a 216-unit Class-A multifamily community.

Having successfully realized its entire portfolio, Fund I has delivered to its investors a net Multiple-on-Invested Capital (“MOIC”) of 2.86x and an inception-to-date net Internal Rate of Return (“IRR”) of 12.5% over the Fund’s nearly 17-year life.*
