2-3 Year Resident

Eligibility dependent on the lease being executed by the date indicated on the renewal offer letter. Rewards valid only when Griffis Residential owns and operates the community. Lease renewals must be a minimum of 12 months in duration. *Gold Reward: Maximum $75.00 utility / cable rent credit. Non-monetary rewards may not be substituted for cash or rent reductions. When applicable, management provides housekeeping, carpet cleaning, full apartment paint, carpet, and vinyl replacements. Rewards are valid only during applicable lease term. VIP Reward limitations apply: Gardenuity, carpet, vinyl or washer and dryer replacements may only be redeemed once. Resident’s account and lease compliance must be in good standing. Subject to change and limitations may apply. Loyalty rewards are non-transferable. The late fee waiver is limited to the initial late fee assessed to the resident’s account. Late fees that accrue thereafter will not be waived. Payment in full must be received within two (2) days of the initial late fee being posted to the resident account.
