Our Uptown apartments have everything you need including our 24-hour fitness center, resident lounge, business center, and bike storage.

Once you sign your lease, you’ll have unlimited access to our outdoor recreational amenities. This includes our year-round resort-style pool and outdoor grilling stations.

Total household gross income of 2.5 times the rent. Income verification and a credit screening are required.

Subletting is NOT permitted. Please contact the leasing office to discuss an early lease termination or adding an additional leaseholder.

Yes, residents are required to provide proof of insurance coverage with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage.

If we don't receive this, we'll help bridge the gap by arranging temporary coverage for $25 per month. This ensures your peace of mind is never disrupted. Please share your insurance details with us to avoid this additional charge.

Paying your rent online is quick and easy through our resident portal.

Paying your rent online via credit card, debit card, or direct debit (ACH) is quick and easy through our resident portal. We also accept e-money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders.

Rent payments are due by the 1st of the month. Late rent payments will incur a fee equal to 10% of the monthly base rent. Certified funds may be required for late rent payments.

There are several recreational trails near our community that offer access to nature and outdoor spaces. Here are a few options:

Katy Trail
The Katy Trail is a fully paved, 3.5-mile urban trail running through Uptown and Oak Lawn. Its smooth, wide path is accessible and easy to navigate. Shaded areas and benches are available along the route for rest. The trail offers a scenic path through the city, with views of nearby cafés, parks, and green spaces.

Turtle Creek Trail / Turtle Creek Greenbelt
Turtle Creek Trail offers a mostly paved, gently sloped path alongside the creek, providing an accessible and easy-to-navigate route. The trail passes through shaded green areas with benches and scenic creek views. It connects with the Katy Trail for those seeking a longer, accessible route.

Northaven Trail
The Northaven Trail is a long, well-maintained, mostly paved path designed for accessibility. Its flat, wide surface makes it easy to navigate. With multiple access points along the 9-mile trail, it provides a scenic route for extended outings.

Trinity Strand Trail
The Trinity Strand Trail features smooth, paved pathways that are easy to navigate. Sections run through the Design District with gentle grades and clear signage. Benches and resting spots are available along the route, offering accessible ways to enjoy urban views and nearby waterways.
