Our Shoreline apartments have everything you need including our 24-hour fitness center, resident lounge, business center, and bike storage.

Once you sign your lease, you’ll have unlimited access to our outdoor recreational amenities. This includes our rooftop deck, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor grilling stations.

Total household gross income of 2.5 times the rent. Income verification and a credit screening are required.

Subletting is NOT permitted. Please contact the leasing office to discuss an early lease termination or adding an additional leaseholder.

Yes, residents are required to provide proof of insurance coverage with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage.

If we don't receive this, we'll help bridge the gap by arranging temporary coverage for $25 per month. This ensures your peace of mind is never disrupted. Please share your insurance details with us to avoid this additional charge.

Paying your rent online via credit card, debit card, or direct debit (ACH) is quick and easy through our resident portal. We also accept e-money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders.

Rent payments are due by the 1st of the month. Late rent payments will incur a fee of 1.5% of base rent. Certified funds may be required for late rent payments.

There are several recreational trails near our community that offer access to nature and outdoor spaces. Here are a few options:

Boeing Creek & Shoreview Parks
Explore nearly 2 miles of scenic trails through peaceful forests, alongside a gently flowing creek, and around Hidden Lake. These trails provide a natural retreat where you can enjoy wildlife and the calming atmosphere of dense trees. Benches along the path offer rest spots, and the loop design allows for flexible, short or longer outings.

Richmond Beach Saltwater Park
This 42-acre waterfront park features wide paths along Puget Sound, offering stunning views of the water and distant mountains. The trails are gentle and mostly level, making it easy to take in the ocean scenery, birds, or enjoy the fresh air. Picnic areas and open spaces are available for relaxation along the trail.

Hamlin Park
Hamlin Park offers quiet trails through a large, forested area with a mix of gentle slopes and level paths. Stroll through tall trees and birds, and enjoy peaceful natural surroundings. The park has open grassy areas for rest breaks and benches along the paths, creating a pleasant environment for a leisurely outing.

Carkeek Park (Seattle)
This park provides over 6 miles of trails winding through forests, wetlands, and down to a beach on Puget Sound. The trails range from gentle to moderate, with opportunities to enjoy creek views, wildlife, and lush greenery. Rest areas along the paths allow for short breaks, and the combination of forest and shoreline scenery makes for a refreshing experience.

We welcome up to three pets per residence. Both cats and dogs are welcome, and we have no weight limits. Breed restrictions apply.
