Leasing and Payments

Total household gross income of 2.5 times the rent. Income verification and a credit screening are required.

Yes, residents are required to provide proof of insurance coverage with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage. We recommend Jetty for an affordable policy that is customized to your needs.

To ensure you're fully protected, please provide us with a current copy of your renter's insurance. If we don't receive this, we'll help bridge the gap by arranging temporary coverage for $25 per month. This ensures your peace of mind is never disrupted. Please share your insurance details with us to avoid this additional charge.

Paying your rent online is quick and easy through our resident portal.

Paying your rent online via credit card, debit card, or direct debit (ACH) is quick and easy through our resident portal. We also accept e-money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders.

Rent payments are due by the 1st of the month. Late rent payments will incur a fee equal to 10% of the total due. Certified funds may be required for late rent payments.

The Oak Lawn neighborhood of Dallas, TX, has plenty of great recreational trails and parks for you to enjoy. Here are a few options:

Katy Trail
One of the most popular trails in Dallas, the Katy Trail is a 3.5-mile long urban rail that runs through Oak Lawn and follows an old railroad track. It also connects to several parks and restaurants in the area.

Turtle Creek Park
Adjacent to the Katy Trail, Turtle Creek Park (formerly Robert E. Lee Park) offers a picturesque trail along the creek. With its paved paths, it's ideal for various recreational activities, and the park is filled with lush green spaces, beautiful landscaping, and a charming historic stone bridge.

Reverchon Park
Just a short distance from Oak Lawn, Reverchon Park features a nature trail that links up with the Katy Trail. The park offers shaded pathways, open green spaces, and a range of sports facilities, including basketball and tennis courts, making it a great spot for outdoor activities.

Bachman Lake Trail
Though not right in Oak Lawn, the nearby Bachman Lake Trail offers a lovely 3.1-mile loop around the lake. It's a great spot for recreational activities with scenic views of the lake and Dallas Love Field airport.
