Griffis Platform Union Station offers several common areas for residents to hang out and gather including a resident lounge with billiards, rooftop lounge, and year-round resort-style pool with all-season spa, and an outdoor fire pit area.

Leasing and Payments

Yes, residents are required to provide proof of insurance coverage with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage. We recommend Jetty for an affordable policy that is customized to your needs.

To ensure you're fully protected, please provide us with a current copy of your renter's insurance. If we don't receive this, we'll help bridge the gap by arranging temporary coverage for $25 per month. This ensures your peace of mind is never disrupted. Please share your insurance details with us to avoid this additional charge.

Paying your rent online is quick and easy through our resident portal.

Paying your rent online via credit card, debit card, or direct debit (ACH) is quick and easy through our resident portal. We also accept e-money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders.

Rent payments are due by the 1st of the month. Late rent payments will incur a fee of $50. Certified funds may be required for late rent payments.

There are several recreational trails near our community that await exploration. Here are a few choices to consider:

Confluence Park: Situated at the convergence of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek, Confluence Park is a recreational area with trails and green areas.

The South Platte River Trail follows the South Platte River and stretches for miles throughout the Denver metropolitan area. It offers a scenic pathway for outdoor activities.

The Denver Millennium Bridge links downtown Denver to the Riverfront Park neighborhood. It provides a pathway and offers beautiful views of the city skyline and the Platte River.

The Platte River Greenway is comprised of a network of trails that follows the Platte River and connects various parks and neighborhoods. It's a scenic route for leisurely activity.

Pets

Yes! We welcome up to three pets per residence. We believe you shouldn’t have to give up your furry family members just because you want to live in a desirable location at our apartments near Coors Field. While we do have some breed restrictions, we don’t apply weight restrictions. This policy helps us accept more pets than other apartment communities.

Our community offers a pet washing station, indoor dog run, and pet perks including a treat station, pet leashes, and pet waste bags.
