Yes, residents are required to provide proof of insurance coverage with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage. We recommend Jetty for an affordable policy that is customized to your needs.

To ensure you're fully protected, please provide us with a current copy of your renter's insurance. If we don't receive this, we'll help bridge the gap by arranging temporary coverage for $25 per month. This ensures your peace of mind is never disrupted. Please share your insurance details with us to avoid this additional charge.

Paying your rent online is quick and easy through our resident portal.

Resident Portal

Paying your rent online via credit card, debit card, or direct debit (ACH) is quick and easy through our resident portal. We also accept e-money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders.

Rent payments are due by the 1st of the month. Late rent payments will incur a fee of $125. Certified funds may be required for late rent payments.

Location

There are several recreational trails near our community that you can explore. Here are a few options:

The Long Beach Bike Path, also known as the Marvin Braude Bike Trail, is a popular recreational trail that spans approximately 22 miles along the coastline. It starts in Long Beach and extends north to Santa Monica. The path offers beautiful ocean views and is perfect outdoor recreation.

El Dorado Park is a large park located east of Griffis Pine Avenue. It features various trails, including the El Dorado Nature Trail, which provides a scenic and peaceful walk through the park's natural areas. The park also offers amenities such as picnic areas, lakes and sports fields.

The San Gabriel River Trail is a multi-use trail that extends for about 28 miles along the San Gabriel River. It's located a short drive from Griffis Pine Avenue. The trail offers opportunities for outdoor activities and horseback riding, with scenic views of the river and surrounding landscapes.

Shoreline Aquatic Park is situated along the coast, near downtown Long Beach. While it doesn't have extensive trails, the park features a waterfront promenade that is great for leisure and outdoor recreation. The park also offers beautiful views of the ocean and the Queen Mary.

Bluff Park is a picturesque park located along the oceanfront in Long Beach. It doesn't have dedicated trails, but it offers a well-maintained pathway along the bluff that overlooks the beach and coastline. It's a great spot for a relaxing walk or picnic.

We welcome up to three pets per residence. Both cats and dogs are welcome, and we have no weight limits. Breed restrictions apply.

Our community offers a pet washing station, off-leash dog park and pet perks including a treat station, pet leashes, and pet waste bags.
