Jennifer Chestnutt Joins Griffis Residential as Director of Digital Marketing
Jennifer Chestnutt has joined Griffis Residential as Director of Digital Marketing effective April 16th. Jennifer joins Griffis Residential from the University of Denver as Director of Creative Services where she was responsible for managing, shaping and directing the overall creative vision and processes for the department in order to develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity for the University.
Prior to the University of Denver, Jennifer was Director of Digital and Creative Services for Aimco (Apartment Investment Management Company) where she led a 15-person in-house agency of creative, digital content, and product development team members. While at Aimco, Jennifer provided analysis of marketing efforts to ensure that each location was promoted appropriately to outperform the competition in their market. She oversaw more than 2,000 advertising and communication projects yearly in both traditional and digital media as well as the brand development and management for 120 unique conventional multifamily communities in stabilized, lease-up, re-positioning and re-branding stages.
Jennifer holds a BFA in graphic design and advertising from Savannah College of Art and Design.
