Tributes 2023 Griffis Residential Winners and Finalists

Every three years, the Apartment Association of Metro Denver recognizes excellence in the multifamily industry through “Tributes” Awards. The Tributes serve as a platform to honor and celebrate outstanding performances by individuals, properties and companies.

We are proud to announce that this year Griffis Residential has won Most Outstanding Community Manager, Most Outstanding Assistant Manager and Most Outstanding Housekeeper. Griffis Residential had been selected as a finalist in 18 of 28 award categories. We are honored to be recognized for exceptional achievements in leasing, service team, and management, as well as community and amenity renovations, team performance, best property management company, and community impact through volunteerism and service within our neighborhoods. Tributes are an extension of our internal recognition program, allowing us to showcase our company and individuals who continue to outperform our competitors. Our team of over 285 associates is dedicated to not only delivering attractive returns but also providing outstanding customer service.
