We have some great news to share with everyone and we know you’re going to be as jazzed as we are!

Griffis Residential knows that bringing a new child into the family is an exciting time and there’s a lot to think about. We want to support our associates and their families in one of the most important times in life. That’s why we’re rolling out the “New Parent Benefit” which allows both mothers and fathers to take time off from work to bond with their newborn, adopted or foster care child while still receiving full pay.

As of 2019, we’re proud to provide our associates (and new parents) 100% of their base pay for up to either six or two weeks, depending on their caregiver role (primary vs secondary). We’re thrilled to be joining the less than 30% of US companies that offer both 100% paid maternity and paternity leave!
