Along with those suggestions, exercise is one of the most beneficial things for your mind and body, especially now. It helps with the boredom, allows you to reset and boosts your overall health. But apartment + exercise doesn’t always seem like a natural fit. Not to fear. Bodyweight exercises

When we think about a workout, a lot of us think about gym equipment. But you can get a great workout and build muscle just by using gravity. Pushups, lunges, planks, and squats are all examples of how you can work major muscles with little floor space and no equipment.
