Position: Full-Time Groundskeeper
Location: Griffis North Metro Apartments - Northglenn, Colorado

Griffis Residential Service Team Associates are hard working team players who genuinely care about delivering “It’s about you” customer service quality to our customers, residents, and guests. Qualified candidates will participate in daily community inspections and communicate findings to the Community and Service Managers.

Work Requirements:
- Common grounds and facility cleaning and maintenance
- Daily sprinkler system evaluation and input
- Dumpster and dumpster area cleaning and maintenance
- Flower bed weeding, preventive pool maintenance, and ice/snow removal from common areas including sidewalks, stairwells, breezeways, and parking areas
- CPO, pool cleaning and related chemical handling preferred
May assist the Service Manager and Technicians with minor maintenance and repair requirements

Qualification Requirements:
At least one (1) year of multifamily community maintenance or hospitality maintenance, experience preferred.

Compensation/Benefits:
Competitive base hourly rate and shared bonus plan.

Position: Full-Time Floating Leasing Consultant
Location: Denver/Colorado Springs, Colorado

Griffis Residential Leasing Consultants are hard working team players who genuinely care about delivering “It’s about you” customer service quality to our customers, residents, and guests.  Qualified candidates will demonstrate a proven positive attitude, basic marketing abilities, outstanding leasing and sales skills. Work priorities include the ability to organize administrative requirements, multi-task, communicate effectively, and lead by example.

Work Requirements:
- Consistent fulfillment of customer service standards and problem resolution requirements
- Develop informed product knowledge and understanding of the competitive market
- Leasing / sales tour presentations of apartments, apartment models, common areas, and amenities
- Lease administration, paperwork completion, and resident record maintenance
- Assist with the general community operations
- Assist with general community marketing requirement

Qualification Requirements:
- At least one (1) year of multifamily apartment community operations, hospitality, sales, and / or  retail management and / or sales experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be available to work weekends

Compensation/Benefits:
Salary includes base hourly rate plus rich commission and bonus plans. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401k, earned leave, holiday and education reimbursement.

Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location:  Denver, Colorado

Work Requirements:
Supports Finance team in administrative functions such as mailing checks and correspondence, copying, filing, ordering supplies, sorting mail and answering phones.

Qualification Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Availability/Schedule:
Position will require 15-20 hours per week.
Must be available Fridays.  Other days are negotiable, although a daily schedule is preferable.

Compensation:
$10-$12/hour depending on experience

- Excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Problem solving expertise
- Onesite experience preferred
- At least one (1) year of multifamily apartment community operations, hospitality management, sales, and / or retail management experience preferred

Position: Full-Time Service Technician
Location: Aurora, Colorado

Griffis Residential Service Team Associates are hardworking team players who genuinely care about delivering “It’s about you” customer service quality to our customers, residents, and guests. Qualified candidates will have proven experience maintaining efficient community operations, fulfilling service requests, and preparing make ready apartments. Maintenance of the Community’s apartment buildings, amenities, and grounds are daily work priorities.

Work requirements:
- HVAC and CPO certification preferred
- Ability to diagnose and make repairs to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and appliance issues
- On call after hours work schedule rotation
- Pool cleaning and related chemical handling
- Painting and drywall repairs

Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of one (1) year experience in multifamily maintenance, hospitality maintenance, make ready preparation, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, pool maintenance and servicing.

Compensation/Benefits:
Competitive base hourly rate, performance bonuses and shared commission plan. Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401K, earned leave, holiday and education reimbursement.
