Griffis Residential Office Associates

Griffis Residential Office Associates are hard working team players who genuinely care about delivering “It’s about you” customer service quality to our customers, residents, and guests. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a proven positive attitude, basic marketing abilities, outstanding leasing and sales skills. Work priorities include the ability to organize administrative requirements, multi-task, communicate effectively, and lead by example.

Full-Time Community Manager
Location:  Denver,CO, Las Vegas, NV


Qualification Requirements: 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for reporting to residents, management and ownership group on a regular basis.
• Strong organizational and marketing skills.
• The equivalent of a high school degree is required.
• Prior experience in leasing and/or sales, ability to close sales required.
• Typing skills 35-45 words per minute.
• Computer knowledge of OneSite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) helpful.
• Weekend work may apply.
• At minimum of three (3) years of multifamily apartment community operations, hospitality management, sales, and / or retail management experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. College education or NALP certification preferred.


Compensation/Benefits:

Full-Time Assistant Community Manager
Location: Seattle,WA,  Austin,TX, Denver,CO

Work Requirements:
Assists the Community and Service Manager in fulfilling day-to-day apartment community operations and occupancy standards. Manages lease administration requirements, account collections, lease and renewal administration, resident communications and retention activities.

Qualification Requirements: 
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven customer service experience
• Problem solving expertise
• Onesite experience preferred
• At minimum of three (3) years of multifamily apartment community operations, hospitality management, sales, and / or retail management experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. College education or NALP certification preferred.

Full-Time Leasing Consultant

Floating Leasing Consultant - Denver, CO

Work Requirements:
• Consistent fulfillment of customer service standards and problem resolution requirements
• Develop informed product knowledge and understanding of the competitive market
• Leasing / sales tour presentations of apartments, apartment models, common areas, and amenities 
• Lease administration, paperwork completion, and resident record maintenance
• Assist with the general community operations
• Assist with general community marketing requirement

Qualification Requirements: 
• At least one (1) year of multifamily apartment community operations, hospitality, sales, and / or retail management and / or sales experience preferred. 
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. College education or NALP certification preferred.

• Must be available to work weekends

Full-Time Service Manager

Location:   Austin, TX 
                
Griffis Residential Service Managers are hard working team players who genuinely care about delivering “It’s about you” customer service quality to our customers, residents, and guests. Qualified candidates will have proven experience supervising all aspects of community maintenance operations.

Work Requirements:
• Professionally manage, train, and lead a team of Service Technicians and Groundskeeper.
• Required to deliver quality customer service according to established industry and company standards.
• Service requests fulfillment and management.
• Apartment make ready fulfillment and management.
• HVAC system and pool maintenance.
• Budget evaluation and compliance.


Qualification Requirements:
• Proven leadership, time management, and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding customer service environment.
• At least one (1) year of multifamily apartment community maintenance or hospitality maintenance preferred.
• Repair diagnostics and fulfillment of apartment make readies, electrical and plumbing system repairs.
• HVAC and CPO certification are required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Full-Time Service Technician
Location:
Griffis La Frontera - Austin, Texas

Work Requirements:
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and make repairs to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and appliance issues.
• On call after hours work schedule rotation.
• Pool cleaning and related chemical handling.
• Painting and drywall repairs.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.


Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of one (1) year experience in multifamily maintenance, hospitality maintenance, make ready preparation, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, pool maintenance and servicing.

  
 
Full-Time Groundskeeper
Location:  
Lakecrest Apartments - Denver, CO
Palmer Lane - Austin, TX (part time)

Work Requirements:
• Common grounds and facility cleaning and maintenance
• Daily sprinkler system evaluation and input
• Dumpster and dumpster area cleaning and maintenance
• Flower bed weeding, preventive pool maintenance, and ice/snow removal from common areas including sidewalks, stairwells, breezeways, and parking areas.
• CPO, pool cleaning and related chemical handling preferred
• May assist the Service Manager and Technicians with minor maintenance and repair requirements.

Qualification Requirements:
• At least one (1) year of multifamily community maintenance or hospitality maintenance, experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Administrative Assistant - Greenwood Village, CO

Summary
Griffis Residential is currently seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Principle Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages and following up with staff members as necessary
Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Send and receive/route incoming faxes
Responsible for outgoing mail and sorting/routing incoming mail
Maintain supplies as needed including printer, postage, stationary, business cards, kitchen groceries
        and other office needs
Data entry as assigned
Miscellaneous filing and printing
Maintain cleanliness of waiting area, kitchen area, and conference rooms
Compete furniture orders for property models
Assist with Accounts Payable mailings
Maintain newspaper subscriptions
Additional duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years’ experience in customer service and administration
Takes ownership to personally resolve customer problems
Listens well; asks clarifying questions, and checks for agreement with customers
