Position: Full-Time Leasing Consultant
Locations: Highline on Cherry Creek - Denver, Colorado
                   

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Leasing Professional that provides superior customer service to all guests and residents.  If you are a multi-tasking, customer service driven individual and are eager to learn about a dynamic industry then this is the position for you!

As a Leasing professional you will:
Assist with the general operations of the apartment community
Assist with the effective marketing of the community
Tour prospective residents on the property, lease apartments, complete lease packages and related paperwork
Maintain resident records

Job Requirements: 
At least 2 years leasing experience
Customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Our communities are open 7 days a week; weekend hours are required

Compensation/Benefits:
Salary includes base plus rich commission and bonus plans. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401k, earned leave, holiday and education reimbursement.
